first thing to check is for vacuum leaks get s can of spray throttle body cleaner and spray around vacuum lines and manifold. If the idle changes you found s leak. if no leaks change the ladle air Congolese valve.

OK list all steps taken so I can more accurately help out.

The check engine light came on P01132 we replaced the 02sensor, maf sensor and the idle control valve and and found 1 leaking vacuum line when we sprayed the throttle body cleaner. The check engine light does not come on now and it ran ok for a few days but started acting up again this morning.

Pay particular attention to vac leaks, but have you checked the throttle position sensor?and did you replace the PCV? If the wrong part is used it can result in these symtoms. Also please post your exact engine and model, this will help me looking up any other info specific to this, I did have one a while back that had stretch wiring harness Also have you cleared the codes and reset the KAM(keep alive memory)? Do this by removing the negative battery cable for a few minutes, you may have fixed the problem but Fords wont know it until the KAM is cleared! Post you email and I will send a bulletin about these types of codes.

I am still fighting to get this car fixed the last repair man tells me it is the EGR valve control sensor but when I call the parts shop they say they have never heard of that. Is this an actual part?

two different parts on fords, evr and position sensor. should sey p0401 or 0402 code?

does not have a code because we unhooked the negative cable, this part connects to manifold I am told

Here is the piece that I am told is the problem, he called it the egr control valve sensor

OK thats the EVR which is the egr regulator The part number is right on top.

This is the test for it.
EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR) Solenoid
1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect EVR solenoid wiring harness connector. Measure
resistance between EVR terminals. If resistance is 26-40 ohms, EVR solenoid is
okay. If resistance is not 26-40 ohms, replace EVR solenoid.
2. Leave ignition off. Disconnect PCM 104-pin connector. Inspect for damage pins
and repair if necessary. Connect EEC-V Breakout Box (014-000950) to wiring
harness. Connect PCM to breakout box. Connect EVR solenoid to wiring harness
connector. Disconnect hose from EGR valve. Connect EGR vacuum hose to
vacuum gauge.
3. Start engine and allow to idle. Connect test pin No. 47 (EVR) at breakout box to
chassis ground. If vacuum gauge reading is 4 in. Hg or more, replace PCM. If
vacuum gauge is less than 4 in. Hg, replace EVR solenoid.

BTW they only cost about 25.00 at the dealer.
