1997 Mercedes Benz SL500 mercedes won't stay running

u will need to ck.the fuel pump and incector fuses.

ck all fusses and fuse links.

I have checked every fuse I can find but found nothing wrong. I will definitely recheck all fuse and fuse links. I have replaced the fuel pump and blown out all fuel lines.Put In a new battery. Bought scanner but because of the new battery I get no codes. In my question I said the front end of the car was crushed in. But it did do any damage to the engine compartment parts. What I was trying to say. Is there was (no damage done to the engine compartment parts). thank you. arnulfo

I have checked and rechecked all fuses and fuse links I could fine. Everything checks out find. I found two fuse sources. A box on the drivers side in the engine compartment and another on the drivers side in the trunk where I also found two relays with fuses installed right into the relays. That's it. please advise. arnulfo

I have checked all fuses and relays. All is find. I have installed a new fuel pump and filter. blown out all fuel line. fuel gets to all injectors. injectors receiving electrical pulse. but still car cut off as quick as it starts. does not run for more that one and or two seconds. trying to find anti-theft unit maybe it needs to be reset. But what do I know. Just shooting in the dark. Can't find anti-theft unit.and or system. I will not quit, please assist. thank you. arnulfo

sounds like anti theft cutting the fuel off fo the fuel injectors.u will need to ck.for loss of inj. signal when it stalls. then call the dealer parts and the module location.
