Car will not shift out of 1st gear when cold first thing in the morning (at home) or after starting up any time of day after the car has sat for awhile(at work). I have to pull over and cycle through the shifter positions several times and then back in to drive. The car runs great after that sequence. There are no lights on in the dash. Other than this problem, the car runs great. Please advise.
