The heat will not blow on the feet. It only comes out the defrost vents. The LCD screen shows the little arrows changing position when the button is pressed, but the airflow doesn't change. I am thinking maybe it is a vaccuum line. Where does the vaccuum come from and how can I troubleshoot this system?
