I had replace head gasket at 1997 Mazda 626 LX 2.0 L. and lost comression for all four cylinders. Timing belt instaled correct. Cylinder head was check for leak and surfased. Coolant pressure test do not show any leak therefore looks lake head gasket seat right. Had good comression before this job. What problem can be?

Other than timing, it is gasket installation.

I would question just how hot the engine got from the initial failure. It is possible to have cylinder/piston damage from the heat if it was that extreme. Someone could have installed the head incorrectly and caused valve damage in the process too. I would do a leakdown test to help isolate where that compression is leaking to.

Pump some oil into the cylinders to wet the pitons and retry. Overheating cand dry out the rings and the job took some time so the rings could be dry resulting in compression losses.
