Blinkers and taillights don't work. Blinker lights will come on and off at odd interval and stop again by themselves. Heater fan not working. Computer replaced 1 1/2 years ago. Need cover for fuse box. Checked the fuses; it's not that. What is the best way to troubleshoot this? Can it be that the mechanic who put the computer in put in used, when said it was new, or there's crossed wires or short?
