A/C blows out the defrost vents only

Original problem was no a/c. When the defrost button was pressed, the a/c started working but it blows out the defrost vents only. Cannot change to any other vents with the controls. The car has auto climate control.

Hello, it sounds like you have a mode door actuator that is not working. Here is a guide that will show you what you are in for when doing the job.
