radiator cap

car gets hot and if I touch cap at all steam and fluid will come out, is this normal. Cap is new and has a 0.9 on the top engine is a 2.0

no it is not normal. you have some overheating going on. you need to find out why and what is wrong. go to a shop and have them check the system for you.
