This noise came on suddenly when driving my car for second time today. It is a loud roaring/exhaust noise coming from the catalytic converter area. Sounds sorta like a "rice burner" but rough and awful. Also is not accelerating correctly and maybe like theautomatic transmission is not jumping gears correctly.
