throtte truck wont run unless i pour fuel into the throttle body, changed fuel filter already

check fuel pressure with a gauge should be 60-66 psi if not replace pump.

Does brain box regulate opening and closing of fuel to spider injectors. Can this be the problem

it's possible that eh injectors have bad poppet valves scan for codes as well. see if you get any codes
