just installed new starter bench tested passed. Installed starter may sure shim was not in the way. Hook up the wires and reconnect the battery which is new. Checked the voltage 13,9 and checked the amps that the starter drawed was 415 amps at the highest and dropped down to 155 to 130 amps. So why will the starter not turn over sounds like its not kicking in, Checked the teeth on the flywheel they look good. Checked the wiring from the battery to starter all good. So why is this stater not working any ideas. THANKS JAMES
