My taurus's control panel will not engage the blower. I tested the blower, the under hood relay, fuses and all work. the under hood relay works if you manually engage the floating contact. There is no power at the connector to the blower motor. Something is not working properly along the line. I am wondering if anyone has a flow chart or iagram for me to follow. If anyone has the answer or where to start that would be greatly apprecaited as well.

Hello,

Have you checked the Blower Motor Resistor? It is located in the duct work under passenger dash.

I had the same problem , turned out to be the relay in the power Dist. box next to the battery , try switching the two relays , one is for the wipers the other for blower
