Upper Ball Joint (Spinning)

Hi i posted another post with same problem but the tie rod end, but got that to not to spin , but now im haveing truble with the upper ball joint ,

of tried everythink, Graping it with muti grips jacking the car up from near the front suspension is to put tention on it , but it still spins,

And if you want to no why i took it off because i lowerd my car on super lows

What can i do ?
