truck has sat for 2 yr have done tuneup still low on power and barely idle please help

replaced plugs,cap,rotor,wires,air filter, drained fuel from front tank as much as could(only 1 that work now) added fresh fuel and seafoam additive runs better than before but still not right any suggestions

Check timing. Check for vacuum leaks. Check compression.

found rat had chewed fuel injector wire .installed new pigtail runs much better. planning on using fuel caddy at work to drain fuel tanks. when truck starts to run bad 2 point of shutting down i can add 3 or so gallons of fuel and runs fine until i use that amount. would new fuel go thru pump 1st until bad fuel is only avail.this has happened twice. thanks for ur help

No. It would mix. Most likely what's happening is that when the fuel level gets really low, the pickup is picking up all the garbage on the bottom of the tank.

appreciate u. have two fuel filters that i have been swapping out when vehicle gets bogged down(inlet side full of rusty water but outlet good) running off front tank bc rear tank not making priming noise)does this truck have seperate fuel relays? need game plan to get right also can fuel pressure regulator work but be weak ? going to get fuel press. reading at work 2morrow. thanks again.

Nope. Only one relay. At least not from factory.
