i have a question about my 1997 ford f250

the truck has a 7.3 powerstroke and when i start it up in the cold it smokes white really bad then it turnes into light blue and also it slightly smokes light blue at operating temp. i have outruled the injector o rings.turbo o rings,piston rings and injector cups. could it be the fuel pressure regulator???

Light blue smoke is oil burning, you may have bad vale stem seals and worn valve guides.

The white smoke sounds like coolant. Check to make sure the coolant isn't going low.
