1997 Ford F-150 Monitors Failed to Initiate

I ran an OBDII test to see if my truck was throwing any codes and I had several monitors fail to report. The following monitors were reported as "not ready:"

Catalyst Monitor
O2 Sensor Monitor
O2 Sensor Heater Monitor
EGR System Monitor
EVAP System Monitor

I know that the Catalyst and EVAP could be just meeting the requirements for the test to start, I was just worried about all of these coming up at once. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

check battery for clean terminal ends and condition including load test, most places do for free.

Hmm,, monitors, each manufacturer has a specific method for setting the monitors, but what I have found is that heat and cold cysliens help, also drive it about 50 miles and the monitors should reset. I found this information as well.

Ford F-150 Drive Cycle
Start the Engine: Start the vehicle and let it idle in park for 5-10 minutes.
Accelerate: Accelerate to 55 mph at half throttle. Keep the vehicle at a steady 55 mph for 3 minutes.

Decelerate: Release the throttle and coast down to 20 mph without using the brakes.
Accelerate Again: Accelerate again to 55-60 mph at half throttle and maintain this speed for 5 minutes.

Decelerate and Idle: Decelerate to a stop, allowing the vehicle to coast down without braking, then let the engine idle for 1-2 minutes.

Stop and Go: Perform 3 stops from 25 mph. Accelerate to 25 mph, then decelerate to a stop without using the brakes, and then idle for 30 seconds.
