Hello,

Ok, is it both side or just one? Are the Brake Hoses Original?

Try this when the Caliper is engaged jack up the vehicle try spinning the wheel if brake is applied open the Bleeder valve on the caliper and spin wheel again if brake has freed replace brake hose.

Ok, since it is only doing it on one side, and they are original hoses. I am sure that is the problem.

Here is what is happening....

The inside of the hose has become very soft and when you press on the brake the hose opens when released the hose compresses do to a vacuum that is created by the fluid. Which in turn keeps the brake engaged. Opening the Bleeder Valve will release the fluid and the Caliper Piston.
