Unknown connector

I was changing instrument cluster light bulbs when came across an unknown connector.

Good morning.

It is not unusual to find many connectors throughout the car that has no home. It all depends on options as well as the harness may fit more than one vehicle.

As long as you reconnect what you removed during the repair and all the systems work, you are good to go.

In other words, I need to known what it is so if I can add additional accessory, I might want to do that. See pictures.

Those are the four wheel drive relay block and torque on demand module connections for the transfer case on a four wheel drive. Being you have two wheel drive it is not something you can use. As was stated they use the same harness for many vehicles, especially for the instrument panel. Just cheaper to make one harness with all the connectors than to have multiple part numbers.
