How do I turn crankshaft to turn torque converter to view?

get a wrench to fit crank pulley belt have opening to see flywheel, you may have to pull starter if no shield for access then use wrench to turn engine over to get to torque converter bolts.

Same method.

Turning a crank is turning a crank.

Lets make sure the key is "off" and "out" of the switch

See the picture of my Jeep CJ-5 below (a ratchet, extension socket might be needed if your pulley is deep).

there is no drain for the torque converter so do not bother.

Okay then, what would be method to remove majority of transmission fluid for complete fluid change?

pull one of the cooling lines on transmission and start vehicle up until it all comes out. leave In park and block wheels when doing this.

You need to do a continuous flush, if you just run and drain till it stops flowing you can do internal damage, there are machines to do this job but it is a specialist piece of expensive equipment, and you do have to use a lot of transmission fluid to get a good result, this may be best left to a trans specialist to do, if you want to try it at home, you have to pump oil into the transmission at the same rate as it is being pumped out, this can be done via the cooler lines,the filter will have to be replaced as well.
