1997 Ford Crown Victoria start up idle

when start up occurs the idle speed sounds high and I don't know where to adjust if it is possible. I've never owned a fuel injected vehicle before.

you can't adjust it, try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides an diac hole with choke cleaner then check for vacuum leaks.
