have to push on heater to get flow out think it controls flapper. took apart a little white plastic part that connects something was broken don't know what this part is called. Can you help if you know what it is how can I find it.

If it is on the control panel it is part of the cable control system that actuates the air doors. You may have to replace the climate controls. The best place to look would be on EBay or look for a used parts seller on the internet.
