Front Defrosters fan only works at slow speed, even with selector switch set on high!!
Heats Fine, and rear fan and heater work fine!!
Front just doesn't move enough air to defrost/defog windshield!

The main suspect is a failed blower resistor assembly caused by a tight fan motor.
