abs light and air bag light stays on

I have a 97 dodge intrepid the abs light and air bag light stays on and the heater and power windows don't work. If I wiggle the key, or move the steering wheel up and down a couple times it will work. What is the cause of this. Its getting worse. I think its something to do wit the ignition switch but I don't want to buy one if its something else.
