Very high idle, car can at times drive itself(foot not on accelerator). I get codes 21 and 25. I have changed the Air idle motor and the tps. Idles over 2000 in park and neutral.

This is typical of a vacuum leak. When the engine is still cold and running, spray water around the intake manifold gaskets and vacuum hoses. You'll see the water get sucked in or the engine will slow down when you spray the leak.
