more to the 97 sebring ? i swaped ASD relay w/ working f/p relay no change, getting power to the coil connector, i still say it's a security issue

pulled eng. 2 renew top end ,bent valves do 2 improper t-belt install new the person who screwed up. no spark, no inj. pulse ,no pwr at cam pos. sen.at dist., got fuel & pwr at coil conn. on dist. tried swap f/p relay w/ asd relay no go,tried lock&unlock doors w/ key, turn sw. on 4 15 min. still no go
