Locate Cooling Fan Relay

Where is the Cooling Fan Relay located on a 1997 Chrysler Cirrus 2.5L v6

The low speed relay, and high speed relay are located in the power distribution box under the hood.

I found #19 40 amp for the fans and #9 10 amp fuse for the Relay. The Cooling Fan Relay does not match in size to any of the existing relays in the Power Distrubution Box under the hood. The only relay that matches the size of the Cooling Fan Relay is contained within Interior Fuse box next to the Drivers Door. The Label imprinted on the fuse box cover says its for the Rear window defroster. The only Relay contain in the Power Distribution Box I can not identify is TCM.
