FUEL DELIVERY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH "TURNING OVER" ALSO KNOWN AS "CRANKING" (WHICH MEANS THE STARTER IS MAKING THE CRANKSHAFT ROTATE)
"START" / FIRING UP/ BUSTING OFF/ RUN/ ETC. MEANS THE ENGINE IS NOW USING COMBUSTION (IGNITION AND FUEL) TO TURN THE CRANKSHAFT
YOUR FUEL PRESSURE SHOULD BE NO LESS THAN 50 PSI
EVEN A NEW "ANYTHING" COULD BE BAD, WHETHER FROM ROCKAUTO OR SANTA!
(JUST ONE OF THEM THINGS YOU MUST ALWAYS KEEP IN MIND ON ANY REPAIR-CAUSE YOU WOULD NEVER SUSPECT IT, TILL THE ENTIRE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TAKEN APART!)
OTHER THINGS- CRIMPED LINES-*******BAD FUEL REGULATOR*******-INSTALLED WRONG-GOT GAS?-NOT TESTING CORRECTLY-ETC.
