adding rear dif fluid 97 chevy tahoe 4x4

There should be a square drive plug on the RH(passenger) side of the differential housing, about 2-3 inches toward the rear of the pinion flange. Add fluid until it runs out. It should be level with the bottom of the fill hole when full.
