the check engine light stays on?

Hello, I have the car listed above that the check engine light stays on. I have had a diagnostic check done and there was not any fault codes. Do you have any suggestions as what may be the problem?

Hello,

Typically engine light will come on due to any sensor issue or emission issue.
Verify that the scanner is actually communicating with the vehicle.

First try to clear the code.
If there is an issue that exists then the light will be illuminated again. You should be able to check it then.
