First noticed the problem on an evening when it didn't even rain. Windshield was slightly misty in the evening. Turned on the wipers and they didn't work. The next day when I get used the car, they worked fine. Since then I've tested them out on rainy days and dry days. In all but maybe once they wipers worked on the dry days. On rainy day they are spotty, sometimes they will work, other times they won't. But it could change over the course of the day, in separate trips. When they do work, however, they seem to be working ok.
