Engine idling so fast , brakes can barely hold back. Replaced throttle positioning sensor. Ran ok bout 24 hrs. Now same problem but idling even faster. Replaced idle control valve still super fast. Control valve rubber end not moving in or out, just kinda vibrates. What next?? Help,
