my 1997 eldorado etc heats up, it goes to the line following half then the fans kick in then goes back to half. I put a new thermostat, antifreeze the radiator is like a year old, it doesnt go to the red line but coolant starts leaking fron hose of water resovoir, the water pump doesnt leak. If the head gaskets are gone would it throw white smoke all the time or sometimes.
