bleeding the brake system

Hi,this 97 cad. deville north star,sitting still the brake pedal slowly move almost to the floor when I drive it,it stop with the brake warning light on.How do you bleed the brake system with the motor running or off thank you

That's not a bleeding problem. Assuming it doesn't have an external leak anywhere, it would be bypassing internally. That's usually caused by a faulty master cylinder but can also be caused by a faulty ABS hydraulic unit.
