Just changed all 4 corners on 97 buick regal, pads & rotors only, pedal to floor, won't firm up, e brake way out of adjustment. WTH?

Are rears drum ? if yes adjust shoes so drag on drum if disc was piston retracting tool used ?

Thanks for the reply, rear disc, used a c clamp to retract the piston, the e brake is a internal shoe type.......

No hydraulic line removed? has engine been started and brake applied 3-5 times? was E brake shoes adjuster backed off?

Never broke a line, drove car around block after pumping and releasing several times, had to screw in the star on e brake to get disc on.....

So where are you at? does car stop? pedal low? did you adjust E brake? do all calipers move to apply brakes?
