When I first start my car, and drive approx. 5 minutes, it runs quietly. After that, it begins to sound like there is an exhaust leak. It gets loud. From the outside, you can't really hear it, but in the inside it's pretty noticable. What could be the issue? One would think if the exhaust was bad, you would hear it all the time and inside and outside. Confused.
