The radiator fan low speed won’t turn on, only high seed works fine. I test the fan directly from the battery and both speeds operates fine, jumper the radiator cooling fan temperature switch harness, connector and high speed works ok but low speed won’t work. Installed a new fan low speed relay and still the low speed won’t work. Measured voltage thru the radiator cooling fan temperature switch harness, connector and on the high speed side it reads 12.5 volts on the low speed side reads 1.5volts.
Fuses are in perfect conditions.
What can be causing the fan low speed not kick in?
Thank you for your time and answer to my issue,
Richard
