1997 Acura RL the dome light remains on

1. After an accident and the right rear pass door was replaced the dome light remains on. I did not see a door pin that usually controls the dome light. Before I took the car to the body shop dome light worked fine. 2. Radio displays code. Even after I enter the code radio will not play. Before I took the car to the body shop the radio played fine.

Check to see if they left off the door switch or if it is out of adjustment. BUT It sounds as though you may be experiencing residual effects of the accident. The smartest thing to do is contact the insurance company and report these problems. Many companies will stand behind the slow to surface problems for a couple of months. The impact of the accident can raise havoc with a number of auto parts not in direct contact with the collision.
