please could someone tell me where to locate fuel filter on my n reg vw sharan,many thanks

went to drive off the other day and my car had no acceleration and died,so restarted it and done the same but now the car wont start up at all so was thinking it might have something to do with the fuel filter.any ideas would be great

check your fuel pressure first. we have no info for that vehicle though

Our problem here is we don't have any references on your model-however it seems you're in the right track-if you have a fuel pressure tester you can determine it -if its a clogged fuel filter or defective fuel pump-with No or Low fuel pressure

I know this is an old post, but in case someone else is reading this...

Have a look at the attached image... look for the filter under
the vehicle, sitting in a plastic housing.
