how do i tighten power steering belt?

If the power steering belt is by itself, the adjusting would be to loosen the adjusted bolt which holds the power steering pump and then use a lever to tighten the belt tension before retightening the adjusting bolt.

What vin? 6N1, 6V2... ?
Engine size?
If it has a Poly-Rib belt, then it most likely has a self tensioning
tensioner... and does not need adjusting.
