Why is that I alway have top my water tank with 0.5 litres every other day. the smoke that comes out from hasult black. my car is 1996 vw jetta iii 2.0 gl, the smokes that comes out is black and always the tip of huast oilly wet, perfumance not well,fuel consumtion not good.alway I have to top my water tank with 0.5litre of water every other day
