How do I pull the radiator from my 96 rav4?

I am trying to replace the radiator on 96 rav4. I have disconnected all hosses and lines but there isn't enough space between condenser core and upper brace to pull out the radiator. I have even removed yhe fan shrouds and still not enough room. lower hose outle and drain and trans mission fitting won't clear the bottom of the shrouds no matter how I positon them. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help. Barry Markham
