BLACK Smoking

i have toyota prado 1996 1kz-te three door automatic , it having a problem that when i put the gear then its very black smoking and when take gear on P then it comes in normal possition no smoke its smoking just in gear and a/c working in slow n when i stop not in speeed wht i do um very upset plz help me
