transmission wont go out of park

1996 toyota avalon wont go out of park, also power windows and seats not working or brake lights. What causes this and how do I fix it ?

brake lights not coming on will not let it come out of park. If you need your foot on the brake to get it out of park, and your brake lights don't come on (either both bulbs are out or your brake light switch is done or out of adjustment)then you won't get out of park. Windows and seats.....lets tackle that once you get her moving again.

Have the stop light fuse checked.
