Suzuki X90 misfire

This car starts and runs fine for a couple of minutes. Then like a switch turning on, runs rough. Number 2 cylinder misfiring (P0302). Can pull spark plug wire off of #2 with little or no change. Pulled plug, and it appears fine. Trouble code P0400 indicates EGR issue. Removing vacuum to EGR actuator has no affect. Can engine run fine when cold with bad EGR? Why only #2 misfire? Is EGR stuck open or closed? Can EGR be removed and phsycally be altered to no longer be a "valve"? Are these two trouble codes even likely related? Could the P0400 code be a red hearing and misfire be from something else? What changes in this cars system when it warms up, that would cause it to run rough?

Check compression and injector for cylinder no.2

P0400-EGR problem-try cleaning the EGR valve out and see what happens

Compression for all cylinders is good. Have not checked injectors. How can one injector be bad when the engine runs perfect till warmed up? Numberer 2 spark plug has no sign of lean/rich problems. This is the confusing part for me. It runs perfect for the first couple of minutes. What happens when it starts to enter notmal operational temperature? i'm sure it's something simple im missing.

EGR valve was cleaned out and determined to not be able to seal completely. Maybe this is normal, but it's not completely air tight. EGR vacuum diaphram is functioning properly. I am assuming the EGR valve is in need of replacement, but am going to find out if filling lower chamber of valve with refractory cement and remounting it will alter my misfire issue.

This is my wifes winter car, so keeping it running 3 more months is all I need. Then I can do more extensive repairs on it.

The EGR valve is suppose to be completely shut when at idle if there's a crack to it -the engine will idle erractically/rough and check the injector solenoid resistance/ohms
