Headlights won't turn on.

Fuses are Good.
Bulbs are new...
I am completely lost...
What should I do next?

do you have meter or test light? if so check for voltage at headlamp. come about suddenly?

I don't...But I could get one. How do you do that? The Headlights were working and then they just stopped i have one very very dim running light. The fog lights and turn signals all work.

Are those connected somehow to the main headlights? Or are those switch fuses?

I also just discovered that the hazard switch is not working. I pulled the fuse for that one and checked it and it is good

The actual turnstyle switch out of the dash? And how do I check the voltage? Sorry, im very new to all of this.

Meter black lead to ground ie. metal part of car and Red lead ctouch to terminals to read for voltage

Is the terminal located on the switch in the dash or am I going to where the bulbs connect?
