the unlock no longer works?

the keyless entry works for a few minutes then the unlock no longer works. unlock door with key, press unlock switch on door, nogo. put key in ignition, turn, wah-lah button and keyless unlock buttons work again!? (scratch head)

Hello,

It sounds like an issue with the fob.
It is possibly lost the calibration and just resets itself every time you start to unlock once.

Try this method to reprogram the fob:

Start with ignition off.
Remove the radio fuse number 17.
Turn the key from off to run position three times within five seconds.
Press and hold the lock and unlock button on the fob for 16 seconds.
Turn the ignition to off position.
Reinstall the radio fuse.

This should program the fob to the vehicle.
