this sevice is acctuly a rip off never get anything but error if I dont wish to donnate for service what a set up FREE INFO???????

Sorry you feel that way we answer a lot of questions and cannot possible answer them all.I posted the replacement instructions for the switch.Also the steering column covers should have screws on the bottom side holding them in place.Possible 5.5mm screws.
