What is keeping my car from starting?

6 months ago I was driving and my car died as if it had run out of gas, but I had olny driven 30 miles since my last fill up. It wasn't getting a spark, so I had the coil checked and the primary was bad so I changed it, but that didn't fix it. Took of the ECM and it poured oil so I replaced it, and now it's getting a spark, but not fuel. Checked the fuel pump, it's good. Replaced fuel pressure regulator, but no fuel would come out of the injectors. The injectors gave a good ohm reading so I figured they were clogged from sitting and changed them, but it still won't start. The night before it stopped running, I had the camshaft sensor changed and the wires had melted together. I fixed that problem today and replaced the sensor, but still not getting fuel to come out of the injectors. Someone suggested I change the timing belt, even though it is tight, would this keep the injectors from working properly and keep the car from getting fuel? When I spray starting fluid into the air filter, it sort of chokes on it and tries to start, but won't stay running. PLEASE HELP!!

Check the wiring for the CMH sensor back to the computer for short and open circuit if the computer don't get the input signal from the CMH signal it will not activate the injectors
