why my engine does not start quikly?

My car is Opel vectra CD MODEL 1996 1600 cc. Every time I need to start my engine it takes three tries to turn it on even in hot days. why?

like after one hour. does it need another three tries to turn it on? the answer is no

if you press on the fuel pedal, does this help? the answer is no
is your car a manual gear transmision or automatic? the answer is manual

start by replacing the fuel filter and checking fuel pressure
