my 1996 oldsmobile 98 regeny says the tail lamp is out, it,s not works just fine. is there some kind of senser i can replace?

Could be the adaptive lamp monitor control module, Behind I/P right of steering column

Thank you. could you tell me what I/P means, and if theres a reset switch on this module? I replaced the bulb but the module dosent seem to know that. Thank you again.

I/P Instrument Panel-bring it in and have it tested-Dunno about reset
